Walk the site
We look at access, slopes, soil and drainage before quoting. Access and material logistics go into the plan up front. The quote comes out of that walk and it holds.
Do the work right
Utilities get located before anything digs. Grades are checked, and the materials suit a BC winter rather than the cheapest thing that passes in July. Whatever is staying gets protected, from mature trees to septic fields.
Stand behind it
The site is left clean, and the person who quoted the job still answers the phone after it's done. That is what owner-operated means in practice.
